faba-icon-theme (4.3-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Packaging changes:
    - d/control - switch from obsolete gnome-icon-theme to
      elementary-xfce-icon-theme (Closes: #1117092)
      Make the package a recommendation instead of a dependency
    - Add inherits.patch for the above change - elementary-xfce meets
      the original authors recommendation for the icon theme inheritance
      Add suggests for adwaita-icon-theme for the gnome-icon-theme
      replacement
    - d/control - switch from debhelper to debhelper-compat (13)
    - d/control - Bump StandardsVersion; no addition changes required
    - d/copyright - bump copyright year
    - d/copyright - use the complete CC-BY-SA-4.0 license text
    - remove unneeded d/install - lets default to debhelper managing
      the installation components
