  * Update to debhelper compatibility level 14.
  * Add dh-sequence-single-binary.
  * Remove debhelper compat 14 auto-applied substvars.
  * Prefix debhelper files with the binary package name.
  * Add README.md to debian/pybuild.testfiles, it is needed for tests.
  * Make source-inspection tests use the installed module path, keeping
    autopkgtests isolated from the source package.
